1. LEGAL DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO BE PROVIDED
We recommend that your company update the documents according to the following categories:
– Business license (photocopy).
– Investment certificate (photocopy).
– Land/factory lease contract with the company (photocopy).
– Business license of the factory rental company.
– Investment certificate of the factory leasing company.
– Confirmation of environmental impact assessment, environmental protection plan (detailed, basic environmental protection project, commitment to environmental protection) of the factory leasing company.
– Land use certificate.
– Wastewater connection contract with the company or industrial park (if any).
– Investment project explanation/ Feasibility study report (if any).
– Project location map.
– Drawing of overall floor plan, rainwater and wastewater drainage.
– Drawings of project items and works.
– Waste source registration book (if any).
– Contract for treatment of industrial waste, domestic waste, and hazardous waste (for units already in operation).
– Electricity and water bills for at least 6 consecutive months (for units already in operation).
